Way Commercial Realty, Inc. (WCR) is a Southern California based commercial real estate Investment Company which operates from its office in Newport Beach, Orange County.   WCR invests in and operates value-add Class A and B office, R & D, industrial and mixed use assets in the Western United States in partnership with private and institutional equity partners.  The two principals of WCR have a combined experience of over 40 years in all aspects of the real estate industry, including; acquisition, underwriting, leasing, property management, asset management and the renovating, repositioning and “ground up” development of approximately 2million square feet of office and industrial product in Southern California, Arizona and Las Vegas.
