Product Type:
- Class A & B Office
- Industrial
- R&D/Flex
- Business/Industrial Parks
Project Size: $15 to $75million
Location: Southern CA, Arizona and Nevada
Markets: Primary and Secondary
Value-Add:
- Properties in need of renovation and re-positioning
- One-off assets or portfolios with significant vacancy or near-term rollover of below market rents
- Vacant buildings for sale to users
- Properties with additional land or entitlements
Core-Plus:
- Up to 20% vacancy in most markets
- Multi-tenant
- Minor aesthetic and functional renovation / enhancements
