Product Type:

  • Class A & B Office
  • Industrial
  • R&D/Flex
  • Business/Industrial Parks

Project Size: $15 to $75million

Location: Southern CA, Arizona and Nevada

Markets: Primary and Secondary

Value-Add:

  • Properties in need of renovation and re-positioning
  • One-off assets or portfolios with significant vacancy or near-term rollover of below market rents
  • Vacant buildings for sale to users
  • Properties with additional land or entitlements

Core-Plus:

  • Up to 20% vacancy in most markets
  • Multi-tenant
  • Minor aesthetic and functional renovation / enhancements
