Bruce L. Way

BRUCE WAY has more than thirty years of in-depth corporate level and hands-on acquisition, development and consulting experience in the real estate and investment banking industries. He has provided underwriting and analysis for the financing, acquisition and development of real estate assets in the U.S., Europe and Asia for industry leaders including Arden Realty, Inc., and Lehman Brothers. He owned and managed his own real estate company where he developed nearly 2 million square feet of commercial projects with private and institutional investment partners. He has facilitated the origination of approximately $580 million of commercial and residential equity and mezzanine loans.

Nathan L. Way

NATHAN WAY is a veteran of more than ten years in commercial real estate. He has concentrated on the leasing, property management and asset management of multi-tenant business parks and Class A office buildings located throughout Southern California. During his tenure with CIP Real Estate LLC, a private investment company with assets in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego and Orange Counties, he also coordinated with, and provided oversight to, third party service providers including an extensive network of leasing brokers and tenant improvement contractors.
